If you’ve been following the Amy Joyner-Francis incident, you’ll want to hear the latest! Based off of what published sources have mentioned, there was a school fight that had taken place which included Trinity Carr, Zion Snow, Chakeira Wright, and Amy Joyner – Francis; this happened a little over two weeks ago.
As we know at this point, Amy Joyner-Francis has passed away. However, her cause of death is alarming!

Delaware.gov states, “In layman’s terms, the Medical Examiner determined that Amy died from a cardiac incident that she was vulnerable to because of a pre-existing heart condition, but the cardiac incident would not have occurred if she had not been assaulted.”
Now that’s something, isn’t it?
So what does that mean for the three girls responsible for the incident?
Delaware.gov states, “Based on these facts and other facts gathered from the investigation, Trinity Carr (age 16) was charged earlier today with Criminally Negligent Homicide.”
Further delawareonline mentions, “…but only one girl – Carr – actually hit Amy, according to a statement by the Attorney General’s Office.”
Based off of published reports, this is probably why Carr has been charged in this way. Of course, Carr wasn’t the only one involved in this incident.
Fox 59 reports, “Cellphone video taken by one of the other two students…”
Delaware.gov also mentions, “The other two girls, Zion Snow and Chakeira Wright, were charged earlier today with criminal conspiracy in connection with the incident in the Howard High bathroom.”
